Transformative Care for Body and Mind

Many people arrive here after months or years of pain or mobility issues, often feeling like they’ve tried everything, without lasting change. Whether your pain began with a more recent injury or has been there for years, there is a structured way to assess what’s driving it and specific needling techniques (myoActivation®), to treat myofascial components of pain. For many, myoActivation® brings meaningful relief on its own. For some, pain is deeply intertwined with how the nervous system has learned to protect, brace, or hold emotion. In those moments, somatic-based therapy can offer a supportive space to understand those layers and create new patterns. Either way, our intention is simple: to help you move with greater ease and get back to doing the things you love.

Your Path to Resolving Chronic Pain

Injuries, surgeries, and other trauma can all affect how your body moves and, unfortunately, lead to persistent pain. Even seemingly inconsequential scars can distort tissues resulting in restriction or pain felt in other areas of the body.

myoActivation® is a unique structured system of assessment and treatment. It differs from other treatments in the approach of identifying the source of the pain and the system of needling to release muscles in sustained contraction, fascia under tension, and relevant scars with the aim of resolving pain and improving mobility.

From localized to widespread pain, to TMJ issues or post-concussion symptoms, if you're struggling with persistent symptoms, myoActivation may be your path back to a more comfortable and active life.

Psychotherapy

Somatic-based therapy for embodied transformation

Pain can touch every part of life — mood, sleep, energy, relationships — and our mental and emotional state can just as powerfully shape our pain experience. Chronic pain is not always straightforward; it often reflects the ways the nervous system has learned to protect, brace, or stay on alert.

This practice embraces a somatic approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind and body and acknowledges the profound impact of life experiences on how we feel, carry ourselves, and navigate life.

Here, you’re invited into a process of self‑discovery — one where your body becomes a powerful ally in easing pain, regulating your nervous system, and creating new patterns that support greater ease and fulfillment.

What people are saying

I have had a few treatments with Sarah for chronic knee pain following a partial PCL tear, and I have noticed such a real difference in how my body feels. MyoActivation has been incredibly effective in helping relieve my ongoing knee and adductor pain, and I love how her approach feels so much more than just treating the area that hurts. Sarah looks at the whole body and how everything is connected, and often working on one area brings relief in others. I usually feel release and almost immediate pain relief in the spot that’s causing discomfort during treatment, and over a few days, I notice tension easing in other areas too, which makes moving feel so much easier.
